Neco Tackle Company warrants the "Neco Bounce Eliminator" to the original user-owner against defects in materials or workmanship. If any part of the "Neco Bounce Eliminator" is found to be defective it will be repaired or replaced at Neco Tackle Company’s option without charge. The "Neco Bounce Eliminator" must be returned, transportation charges prepaid, with proof of purchase date to the address below. The repaired or replaced the "Neco Tackle Eliminator" will be returned with transportation charges prepaid by the user-owner. This warranty does not cover defects caused by ordinary wear and tear, abuse, misuse, overloading, accident (including shipping damage), improper maintenance, alteration, or any other cause not the result of defects in materials or workmanship. REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS WARRANTY. THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NECO TACKLE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OR ACCIDENTS.
